Session Structure
1. Introductions & Context
Each participant shared their projects and motivations for attending.
2. Logos Philosophy
We explained Logos’ vision using the Circle itself as an example - a small community with its own governance, where privacy is paramount and members have freedom to enter or exit without restrictions.
3. Parallel Societies Framework
We explored cyber communities led by strong local activism, using the Logos stack and blockchain technology to create alternatives that coexist with current systems and solve problems in small communities.
4. Technology Stack Deep-Dive
Covered the three core protocols (Waku, Codex, Nomos) as tools for building digital sovereignty, with special focus on Waku as the most production-ready protocol for builders.
5. Winnable Issues Workshop
Participants actively identified a local challenge: using Waku to facilitate voting in local government roundtables. This sparked genuine engagement as attendees connected the technology to real community needs.
6. Networking & Pizza
Closed with informal networking. Avalanche ambassadors expressed strong interest in collaborating with Logos to organize joint meetups and hackathons in LATAM, combining the benefits of both ecosystems.
Key Takeaway
The Avalanche collaboration opportunity signals growing ecosystem alignment for LATAM expansion.
