There is a tool called yt-dlp (GitHub - yt-dlp/yt-dlp: A feature-rich command-line audio/video downloader) which allows you to simply download almost any media from many platforms like Youtube, Twitter… - you can download livestreams, spaces… (I actually use it in Podex - don't let anyone tell you what you can share! 
).
So 2 options are someone runs yt-dlp [link to the space] after every space and uploads it somewhere, or we find a way to automate it (eventually? )
