A few thoughts to help sharpen the winnable issue into something even more shippable:

  1. Narrow the scope further. “Improving environmental cleanliness across Uyo” is a big city-level goal. To make it truly winnable in 4-6 weeks, narrow it down to one specific, demonstrable action. For example:

    • “Organize one community cleanup in a specific neighborhood with 10-15 participants”
    • “Run a 4-week awareness campaign in one school or community group around proper waste disposal”
    • “Map and document all unmanaged waste collection points in one ward of Uyo”
    • Find a way to make waste management easier for people

    Pick one small, specific thing the circle can actually deliver and report on. Once that’s done, build from there.

  2. Look for local partners early. You mentioned exploring partnerships with environmental groups, that’s the right instinct. Try identifying one or two local NGOs, community associations, or youth groups already doing waste-related work in Uyo so the circle adds to existing efforts rather than starting from scratch.

  3. Capture content from your first action. Photos, videos, short interview clips. The Logos network loves seeing African circles in action, and content from your first cleanup or awareness session will help amplify what you’re building.
