Project Onboarding
We brought new joiners up to speed on the current progress of our initiatives:
- The broader work of Logos and our circle
- Transparent Ruse, including completed work and the remaining development roadmap
- Discuss new Winnable Issue - Interactive Ruse
Transparent Ruse
Explained the winnable issue to the new members and gathered their feedback. We had a productive brainstorming session and aligned on the next steps.
Interactive Ruse
The winnable issue focuses on creating an interactive map of Ruse to help tourists explore the city more confidently beyond standard guided tours, with practical guidance on landmarks, local restaurants, cafés, bars, viewpoints, and hidden gems. We discussed the idea with both current and new members, gathered their feedback, and aligned on how to proceed.

- Went to Danube Drinks Ruse networking event. Recruited 1 new member.
