Anonymous Signal Platform

After the January circle, we created an anonymous form where people can submit ideas for the city. The topics were:

  • Tourism & City Identity
  • Safety & Infrastructure
  • Urban Environment & Leisure
  • Governance & Social Issues

We will create a draft that describes the process end to end.

Remote Electronic Voting Model

Bulgaria holds parliamentary elections every four years. However, systemic corruption creates significant vulnerabilities for voter manipulation.

Since 2021 Bulgaria has had 8 elections:

On March 13, 2025, the Constitutional Court decided on a partial annulment of the election results, confirming that fair elections are not held in Bulgaria, even though it is considered a democratic country. After recounting a third of the votes, it was found that the results differed significantly.

@vpavlin provided technical guidance on the tech stack we can use for our proof of concept. Our proposed model focuses on a decentralised architecture designed to prevent voter coercion and automated attacks by ensuring identity remains decoupled from the voting process. We are currently drafting a comprehensive document that outlines this end-to-end process in detail.

To improve

  • Member Growth - develop a Circle presentation to engage and recruit students at the University of Ruse.
  • Audience Engagement - refine our outreach strategy to maximize visibility and attendance for upcoming events.

Thanks for the write-up, how did Vaclav provide the guidance? Remotely?

The idea of engaging University students is great imo. We have been discussing the idea of having Circles create more content via videos/street style interviews and this topic is something that is clearly relevant for such a format. Would be cool to try something like that perhaps.

Yes, remotely.

Now that we have 2 potential projects to work on, it would be easier to approach new people and explain what our circle does. Locals are more focused on actions instead of hollow words.
