2. Identifying Kaduna’s Winnable Issues

The Circle agreed to prioritize four community initiatives as its initial Winnable Issues.

Winnable Issues Update

After discussion and consensus, the Circle adopted the following Winnable Issues:

1. Pad a Girl Child Initiative

Support girls from underserved communities by providing menstrual hygiene kits while raising awareness about menstrual health and dignity.

Next Steps

- Identify target 5 underserved schools in our communities.

- Seek partnerships with local organizations and donors.

- Plan the first distribution campaign.

2. Welcome Back to School Initiative

Support children returning to school by providing learning materials and encouraging school attendance, particularly among vulnerable families.

Next Steps

- Identify 2 beneficiary schools.

- Mobilize donations of school supplies.

- Recruit volunteers for outreach activities.

3. Keep Kaduna Clean Initiative

Promote cleaner and healthier communities through periodic environmental sanitation campaigns beginning in locations such as Barnawa, Kakuri, Sabon Tasha, Gbagyi Villa, and expanding to other parts of Kaduna over time.

4. Civic Responsibility & Active Citizenship Campaign
