One of the key challenges identified during our first Logos Circle Awka was the gap between talent and opportunity. Many skilled individuals struggle to access opportunities because they are not properly positioned for the job market.
Last weekend, we took a step towards solving that problem by hosting a Practical CV & Job Application Training Session, with over 70 participants joining us to learn about:

Positioning for global opportunities
This was our first winnable solution in action—moving beyond discussions and creating real impact in our community.
