This is a really strong first circle! 15 out of 16 attended is incredible turnout for a debut, and the depth of the report shows you guys took the discussion seriously

Love how you broke the winnable issue down into root causes (skill gap and exposure gap) and then mapped clear solutions to each. That’s exactly how a winnable issue should be scoped

One suggestion as you move forward: pick one of the three proposed solutions (CV workshop, expert sessions, or mentorship program) and run it as your first concrete win in the next 2-3 weeks. Trying to launch all three at once usually ends up slowing everything down. The CV & Job Application Workshop looks like the easiest one to ship quickly and would give the circle a real result to point to before the next meetup
