1. Introduction to Logos & Circles

  • Overview of Logos, Circles, and the work of the Lisbon Circle so far

  • Onboarding for new participants and context-setting for ongoing initiatives

2. Quinta do Mocho Community Event (March 28)

Key Points & Insights:

  • Nearly 100 feedback submissions from local residents responding to what locals would like to see improved in their neighbourhood

  • The streets of Mocho were very busy, we’d never seen so many people around.

  • Great food, local music, dance, and preventative health checks throughout the day.

Next Steps:

  • Begin organising and categorising responses from teh community

  • Define potential pilot initiatives based on community input

3. Community Garden Project Update

Key Points & Insights:

  • Project plans are ready and prepared in collaboration with a gardening association

  • Currently awaiting final approval from the local freguesia

Challenges / Questions:

  • Delay in scheduling or securing the approval meeting

Next Steps:

  • Follow up with the freguesia to secure a meeting date

  • Prepare for implementation once approval is granted

4. New Weekly Meeting Space Proposal

  • Proposal to host weekly meetings at Batu’s co-living art studio in Graça

  • Opportunity to create a more consistent and creative gathering space

Ideas / Proposals:

  • Launch with an opening event starting next Monday

  • Open invitation to all Circle members
