To begin with I would like to extend my appreciations to Logos as I write the July report because one can never get to know how tiny engagements can be of huge transformation for a person and a society. The July Logos Circle Kigali was a huge success not because we met talked through and grabbed a cup of coffee but because we were able to help a team of devs on their project built on blockchain, from the fist circles we had identified our strength and what would be our winnable issue and decided to help with education, preparing young people for a transition with advice if possible recommendations to possible jobs.
Our circle began with hearing from the two people we had tasked to secure us a day of access to their universities to talk to some students on their next phase of their lives after school, and yes they came with response and we are sure that we can get a day at University of Kigali, which is a great opportunity for us as a circle, knowing that we shall be able to contribute to the success story of a young lad out there, with the help of @Pascal we yet are to find out how possible this is going to be.
The other topic we talked about was the Devfest that is happening in Uganda a one where different devs from Africa countries come showcase their work and be able to connect with like minded folks, compete for prizes, learn and make credible connections, we thought of supporting some of the known devs in our community to make it to this event something that would a + for our community, on the same blockchain engagements we helped a team of devs reach an office that would help on compliance and registration for their project something that had troubled them for quite some times, navigating through offices can be sometimes tricky and so we feel so proud that they will get the help they need and see them succeed.
And, of course the moment of vulnerability, we have this session all the time we have a circle where we talk about how we have been doing in the past days.
