Planning the first gathering of a Logos Circle

I’m planning the first Cape Town circle, where I’ve had more than 45 RSVPs, so with only two hours for the session, it’s gotta be well planned if it’s going to achieve the objectives:

  • connect people and get to know why they’re here,
  • give people a good-enough intro to Logos,
  • effectively & efficiently brainstorm possible winnable issues,
  • and walk away with concrete next steps.

I figured I’d share the plan with other Circles in case it’s helpful. It is pretty thorough, but most likely unnecessary for smaller gatherings and for future circles where there’ll be an existing topic and easier flow.

This is great! Thanks for sharing. Let us know how it goes. I personally see this as a format we could share amongst the network to form a basis of how to organise first Circles and through experience make it better and better.
