The Circle continued making practical progress on the public green space project at Xenon Domus.
This month, we moved further into the construction phase of the first portable planter. We were able to cut and prepare the wood for the planter.
We also sanded down two reclaimed doors that will be used as part of the walls of the green space, continuing to make use of existing and upcycled materials.
On the gardening side, we propagated a number of new plants that will eventually be used in the portable planters. Over the coming weeks, we will continue working at Xenon Domus to assemble the first planter, fill it with soil, and prepare more plants for planting.
We will be propagating lavender, rosemary, and mint to add to the growing collection of plants for the project.
Next Steps
Over the coming weeks, the Circle will focus on:
